Legacy is at the core of Giving Kitchen: the idea that helping others is the ultimate value we can leave behind. Ryan Hidinger, Giving Kitchen’s co-founder, embraced the opportunity of legacy. I hereby consent and authorize any employee or agent of The Giving Kitchen Initative (“GK”) to take photographs, audio, and/or video of me, and/or to produce videotapes, audiotapes, closed circuit television programs, web casts, or other types of media productions, whether existing now or created in the future, that capture my name, voice, correspondence, quotes, likeness and/or image (any of the foregoing types of media are the “Materials”).

I authorize GK to copyright the Materials, and I authorize GK to use, reuse, copy, publish, display, exhibit, reproduce, license to third party, and distribute the Materials in any recruiting or promotional materials or other forms of media, which may include, but are not limited to company publications, catalogs, articles, magazines, recruiting brochures, promotional materials, donor materials, websites or publications, electronic or otherwise, without notifying me.

I agree that I am participating on a voluntary basis and I will not receive any payment from GK for signing this Consent and Release or as a result of any publication of the Materials. I agree that this Release and Consent is irrevocable. This Release and Consent constitutes the entire understanding regarding the matters set forth herein and supersedes, if any, all prior representations, promises, or warranties (oral or otherwise) made by GK.
